In this hands-on class, our chef will show you how to make this tasty Roman-style pizza alla pala, known for its thick and crispy crust and soft, fluffy center. You’ll stretch and top your own pizza alla pala while sipping on a glass of perfectly-paired wine selected by our expert beverage team!
During this class, you will be welcomed with a glass of prosecco and enjoy a small antipasto tasting and a glass of wine followed by your freshly-baked pizza alla pala.

Enroll in our pizza making class to learn the art of pizza-making from our professional chef! You'll be guided through kneading the perfect dough, deciding on toppings between Italian prosciutto and black olives, and choosing whether you'd like a 'bianca' (without sauce) or 'rosso'
You will learn how/when yeast grows best, the differences between flours, and why protein matters. In addition to your bread making, we will serve cold cuts and cheeses so you can build your own delicious sandwiches with your yummy rolls and Ciabatta bread!
In this class we'll make a 5 minute home-made crust that will teach you many baking fundamentals. We'll also make a few sauces while learning to use heat and seasoning to your advantage. This class is vegetarian.
Learn how to make Fresh Mozzarella Cheese and Homemade Pizza Dough! Each student will make their own mozzarella cheese ball to enjoy and take with. In addition you will learn, how to make homemade pizza dough for your own personal pizza.
